RadarAlpha is an AI-powered market-intelligence and information tool for cryptocurrencies and prediction markets (Polymarket). The Service provides analyses, signals, statistics and insights generated automatically by AI models and external data sources.

The Service provides information only. It does not execute transactions, does not manage funds, and does not hold any assets on your behalf.

The content is not investment advice, financial advice, investment marketing, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to take or refrain from any action. The analyses are not tailored to your needs, financial situation or objectives.

Trading crypto and participating in prediction/betting markets involve high risk and may lead to total loss of funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results. AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or biased.

Every decision and action you take is your sole responsibility. We recommend consulting a qualified professional before any financial decision, and doing your own research (DYOR).

Use is permitted only to those aged 18+ who are legally competent to enter a binding agreement. In some jurisdictions participation in prediction/betting markets is restricted or prohibited — it is your responsibility to ensure use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You must provide accurate, current details. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Access to some features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your credit-card details. The subscription may renew per the purchase terms.

Money-back guarantee — 7 days: if the service wasn't a fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, subject to reasonable use — provided you have not run more than 5 analyses in total. We reserve the right to decline a refund where the extent of use indicates the service was substantially consumed.

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. On cancellation, recurring billing stops and no further charge is made — but the subscription continues to provide full access until the end of the paid period. Beyond the 7-day window above, no pro-rata refund is given for the remaining period. At the end of that period access is automatically blocked.

Cancellation and refund matters will follow applicable consumer-protection law where it applies. Cancellation requests can be sent to support@virtosite.com.

You may not, among other things: (a) violate any law; (b) make repeated commercial use of, scrape, or redistribute the content without written permission; (c) reverse-engineer, disrupt or bypass security measures; (d) overload the system or harm its availability; (e) share an account or misuse the API/bot.

All rights in the Service — including the software, design, marks, content and analyses — belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms. This does not transfer any ownership right to you.

The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "as available", with no representation or warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, funds, data or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, reliance on content, or trading/investment/betting decisions you made.

In any event, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and those acting on our behalf harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or parts of it, and update these Terms, at any time. Material changes take effect upon publication. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access, immediately and at our discretion, including in case of a breach of these Terms. The liability, indemnification and intellectual-property sections survive termination.

These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
